With 21 years of experience, Michael Bruce serves as the agency’s president and principal agent. He specializes in commercial insurance and works to help businesses understand their exposures in order to find the best coverage. He understands that small business owners specialize in their craft, not insurance. If a problem should arise, Michael is ready to give business owners the support they need to protect their livelihood.

Michael and his wife Stacy have 10 year old twins, and he enjoys spending time with friends and family away from the office. Michael strives to support other local businesses and whenever possible, he makes a point to shop locally and utilize the services offered by the local community. 

A native of Latham, N.Y., Tina Marino began her insurance career in 1992 and currently serves as an associate agent at The Bruce Agency. Specializing in auto policies, she loves talking to her clients and helping them in any way she can.

Tina has three grown children and currently resides in Watervliet. Away from the office she enjoys rollerskating, reading, computers, hiking, biking, and going to the ocean. 

Associate Agent Erin Roemer has 16 years of insurance experience, and also serves as the office manager at The Bruce Agency. Erin enjoys helping her clients find the perfect coverage. She writes all personal lines, but has developed a niche in farm insurance.

Erin and her husband have been married for eight years and have three children. When not at work, she enjoys spending time her family and occasionally reading a good book.
